Love it but I wish….

Love it - it’s fairly fast. Easy to use. Getting used to descaling it - love the app and the info and control it gives! I only wish that it kept it cold and I didn’t have to put it in the freezer!

We love hearing that you love your icemaker! It's great that you're finding it efficient and easy to use. You're right about how awesome the SmartHQ app is - it really does provide some very helpful information and gives you a lot of control!
We do apologize that the bin doesn't keep the ice cold. It's pretty nice that the melted ice at the bottom gets recycled to make new ice, though.

What can I say. The Opal 2.0 is a vast improvement over the generation 1. Having the side tank is a must in my opinion. So much easier to refill.
