For the issue with slow ice production, you may want to check the ice chute to ensure it’s not blocked. Your manual features details about maintaining and cleaning the unit as well, if that may help.

Totally worth it!

Wow! This is awesome! Those are the words most used by me, my family, and friends when describing this ice maker. Looks great sitting on my counter, under the cabinet, next to my refrigerator. Easy setup. Easy to keep clean.

Awesome GE Profile Pellet Ice Maker

I love this Pellet Ice Maker so much! It makes Sonic/Taco Casa "pellet" ice in minutes and my drink stays cold for hours! Also, I ordered 10 LB bags and can fill one up within a day or shorter if you are home! You will never have to buy ice for your cooler again!

Was skeptical about spending the money for this machine but after getting it here and using it, I am so glad I pulled the trigger. Wife LOVES nugget ice and I was tired of having to drive 20 mins to get a bag constantly from local gas station. Now in minutes she has some right here on our counter.
