Love this ice machine you always hear people say oh you got the good ice well now I got the good ice
Nice size great quality fits on your kitchen counter love that it came with the water tank as that’s how frequent I use it makes ice in as little as 20 minutes A little bit pricey but definitely worth it

Technology does not work

Right out of the box it will not stay online. Even after calling for support said someone would get back to us and never did. Ice is amazing though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're really glad to hear that you love your Opal! Though, we certainly apologize that you had to move it to the garage because of the noise. That must be pretty annoying.
Your new icemaker may make sounds that are not familiar, but thankfully, most of these sounds are normal. Hard surfaces like the floor, walls, and countertops can amplify these sounds. The ice is great. It will fill the bin in about 3 hours and will keep up with two to four people drinking. So convenient to set the schedule on the app to start it when needed or remotely start or stop as needed. Looks great as well.
