We love this nugget ice maker! It is a great machine. The one negative thing is that it is heavy.

Love the Ice Nuggets

I have had this ice maker for about 2 weeks now and I already hosted my first gathering and it was able to keep up with my ice usage for about 12 guests...
Super simple to set up and use and love the fact that I can control it with my phone!
I would highly recommend this ice maker to anyone looking for one...
I would recommend this to a friend!

The machine produces ice quickly and the right consistency to be able to chew the ice without hurting teeth. Our children use the machine every day when filling up their water bottles for school.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are loving this icemaker! I love the side tank. I fill it with 1 gallon of distilled water about every 3 to 4 days. It is quiet and fills quickly with ice if I need it to.

I would highly recommend this ice maker! My parents received one as a Christmas gift and we loved the “good ice” so much we purchased one as well as my brother’s family too. I don’t think I will ever be able to have any other ice again. The only downside is the noises it makes while making the ice, but it is well worth it!

Makes ice quickly and noise is very low. Ice is very wet however, which makes it stick, and when emptying into larger container for freezer there is always water at the bottom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do apologize that the ice can melt and clump and that you're seeing water at the bottom of the bin. We understand how discouraging this would be.
The storage bin for the ice is not refrigerated, so to have the freshest ice possible, cubes are constantly melting in the ice bin as new cubes are being produced. (This is normal.) If the ice isn't used frequently, clumping can occur. We recommend using the unit's ice scoop to break apart clumps.
