What an terrific appliance to own! This product is very easy to set up and care for. The ice is The Good Ice that keeps well even when the machine seems to be off. Thank you for creating such a great portable ice maker!

Yes, this little device makes a little noise. The more it has been used the less noise it makes, or maybe we don't hear it anymore. Regardless, this is worth every penny. We absolutely love the ice and yes I would recommend it.

I have always loves Sonic Ice and now I have it right in my own home! It's the perfict size and very eacy to crunch. My 2 grandshildern will just ask for the ice to munch on. Love, Love, Love it and would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Hello - We're terrible sorry to hear your Opal has been leaking and ruined your floor. This is absolutely not what we would expect from our product, and can understand your disappointment. Please know we apologize for the inconveniences this has caused you.
In regard to your damaged floors, we suggest contacting Sedgwick at 1-844-652-3105.
We recommend to drain your Opal if you are not using much ice. We also provide a drip tray that's used to catch any water. The drip tray should be wiped dry at your earliest convenience.
Your ice maker comes with a limited one year warranty. We suggest to take advantage of this warranty and contact us for service. You can go to myopalservice.com, or you can also call that department at 1-866-907-6718 from Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm EST.

That Good good Ice!

At first I thought I had to send it back but reading everyone’s tips and reviews, I had to wait a few days until it reached its full potential. Now it Makes soo much ice to the point where I don’t know where to put it all! Makes the best ice in terms of size and ease. I also enjoy the Bluetooth connectivity so that I can make ice just by the reach of my phone and also put it on an ice making schedule so I don’t always have to worry whether it’s making enough ice for me throughout the day/night. Great product that I use daily!

No more Sonic trips!
