So far it’s working perfectly. Ice is exactly the crunchy yet soft pellet ice. Once it’s on it doesn’t take long for it to start making ice and it makes a good amount. Really no complaints so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product is amazing so far no issues. A lot of negative reviews but it is for the older version this is the 2.0 and it is wonderful. Very quiet and runs perfect. Won’t be disappointed. Price high but worth it.

Awesome ice maker!

We've had the ice maker for a couple of weeks, and so far, so good. It makes awesome pebble ice, and we've loved it. We've actually made the ice, put it in our ice maker in our fridge, and we can dispense it whenever we want - good stuff!

Small commercial grade!

Made ice in minutes. I have bought engines that weren't packaged as good as this ice maker was, literally. You can tell this isn't a throw away when you pick up the box. Solid machine all the way!
Be sure and use distilled or purified water to avoid scale buildup and bad taste. DO NOT use sink water.

Great Ice Maker!

This is a great product. Easy to use, makes fantastic ice and looks great sitting on the counter. We love 'Sonic Ice'--if you've ever had a drink from the Sonic Food Chain, you know what I am talking about. The ice is soft and keeps drinks cold for a long time. It is a great addition to our kitchen and our friends love it.

The best ice!

My family loves this ice maker. We finished our basement and put in a wet bar, this was a must have. Very convenient having the app, can tell it to start making ice prior to needing it. You can set up schedules when it makes ice etc. It’s nice having the side water tank, it can make a lot of ice. My kids are drinking a lot more water, just because they like eating the ice. This thing is a hit! It has a cleaning mode and the app recommends when to clean. I’ve descaled it a few times just like I do my coffee makers. Nothing too difficult and there’s plenty YouTube videos.
I would recommend this to a friend!
