Perfect size nuggets

The ice maker is just the right size, runs quit does a good job keeping up with my consumption daily. Only complaint would be, some days for some reason it starts to make slushy ice. Not sure why but I personally don’t mind it.

This is our second Opal, we have a first version before GE acquired. we loved it until it became impossible to maintain and a constant mold problem. So we spent the money and bought the GE version.

I got this for Christmas and I love it, I opted to get the filter for it and I only use distilled water in it The ice is excellent It’s just like sonic!

I had the first version of this machine and ran about a gallon of water through it a day for 4 years.
It finally died. While I was disappointed, the 2.0 is a better ice maker.

Ordered online and when box arrived thought what have I got myself into. I’ll never figure this out. But was I wrong. Out of the box and making ice in less than an hour!!
