I recently purchased this for my husband for Christmas. Our refrigerator ice maker has been repaired and replaced, but still does not function. So far, we love this ice maker! love that it recycles the water. We also love the nugget ice. It does need a decent amount of space, but the design is sleek and appealing. It is slightly noisy, but it does not bother us.
We have only had it for a few weeks, but so far we love it!

Great ice maker

We love the ice maker. It makes the best ice and keeps our drinks cold. The only downfall is I wished it had a dispenser on the front like my French door refrigerator. Takes a hand to pull out ice bin and another hand to scoop the ice. Your drink has to sit on the counter.

I can't really say a whole lot because it's her feelings more than mine but I will say she is absolutely loving this thing she doesn't care about chilling sodas anymore she turns it on in the morning and it runs until the evening just so she has fresh eyes cops and cups worth but I can't say I'm glad she's getting her water at least haha but I'll seriousness this product is great it's a bit heavy but it's all a construction the additional reservoir really makes it easy to keep it going it is shiny so it matches most of the appliances we got for a wedding honestly great purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This ice maker makes the perfect pebbled ice. It's fast, reasonably quiet, and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Love the ice, not the noise or warranty company

Love the ice, it’s a little nosier then I would like. It came in damaged in the box and I have been fighting with the warranty company they use. Still no resolution after a month.

Everybody’s Favorite Ice!

This was a Christmas gift to my husband but everybody who comes over prefers the nugget ice to the larger cubes out of the freezer. It fits perfectly under the upper cabinets without hitting anything. The side reservoir is easily accessible for refilling. The only downside to it is the noise. It is louder than our full size side by side refrigerator with a built in ice maker. Other than the noise, it has been great.
