Actual bullet ice! Unlike other brands nice!

Works good. Goes through water fairly quickly. As much ice that we use, we have to fill up the side tank every couple of days. When scooping ice out of bin, there are water driplets that drop on the bottom tray which has to be wiped down. Overall, good ice maker!

We just started using it, after receiving it for Christmas. So far we love the ice, even though it seems to run a lot, even we don't use that much ice.

I plugged this unit in last night and so far we are thrilled with it. I do not notice it being extra loud as provides people had posted.

OPAL ICE MAKER

We love the ice, hate the noise level at certain time. It gets so loud we have to unplug the unit for it to quit. Would recommend the water tank add on. We clean it weekly and turn it off at various times so it is not running 24/7 and this appears to help with the noise.

A little aggravated!

I was so excited to get this because my sister has one and I am the ice lover! Mine worked perfectly for about 1 week and then it stopped making ice. I couldn't figure out what the problem was and was literally getting ready to return it. My son read some comments and apparently someone else had the same issue and they unplugged it for several hours to reset everything. It's still not making ice like it was but at least it is making some.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the nugget ice!

We love this ice maker! At times, it makes a slight bit of noise but it's nothing bothersome. For the most part it's quiet. It replenishes ice quickly and is very low maintenance. You won't be disappointed if you buy this nugget ice maker.
