This icemaker looks sharp and delivers sonic-type (pellet or nugget) ice as advertised. It makes ice quickly and is reasonable quiet while doing so. While the ice quality is better than most refrigerator/freezers’ produce, it is not up to the standards set by Sonic of Scotsman. Having said that, it is a fraction of the price of the Scotsman and fits nicely on the counter.

I returned three other icemakers and then bought this one it is extremely simple to operate I also have it connected to my phone it makes excellent crunch ice and it is also very quiet
