Great ice maker...wish it kept the nuggets frozen

We love the ice maker and the little nuggets that it makes. However, we wish it would do a better job of keeping the ice frozen so it's not having to make more ice as frequently.

Loud!!!!

Love the ice, but the thing squeals uncontrollably. Constantly have to turn it off. Perhaps lubricate the motor at build. It’s in a basement and I can hear it on the second floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The good Ice

Probably the most bougie thing we ever bought but we love it. It really is the good ice and makes drinks taste so much better. Even bought some red plastic restaurant cups to go with it. Only complaint so far is that after using it for only about two weeks, once in a while it makes a loud ‘groaning’ sound that we haven’t figured out yet and have to unplug it. ‘Groaning’ sound is not addressed in any of the paperwork or online forums. Sound did go away though after doing a cleaning cycle so maybe that. It does take up some space though. But it puts out ice really quickly. All in all a good purchase. Very happy.

I absolutely love this ice machine! I don’t have to go to sonic to get a cup or a bag of ice nuggets. This was the most perfect Christmas gift for me from my boyfriend.
