Seriously Best Gift Ever

Everything from the unpacking instructions, to the set up and use was quick and easy. Fits great under our cabinets, is sleek and does not present as an eye sore appliance! Not super loud and the side reservoir ensure there is ice always made. If ice is a necessity in your home, you have to get one!

This was given to me as a Christmas present. While I always thought it would be nice to have a pellet ice maker, I never thought I really needed one…until now!!! The set up is super simple, and the ice is amazing. I repair appliances for a living, and a have to say that i have always hated servicing undercounter icemaker. They are a pain to maintain, and customers rarely take care of them. The Opal 2.0 is easy to maintain, and it makes ice so quickly. Love it!!!

Great chewy ice and lots of it!!! Very fast ice production and not as noisy some reviews say, not much louder than a refrigerator running

I have this product a 4 out of 5 because it is loud! If you don’t want to have the noise you will need to put it in an area that is not a common area. For example if you put it in your kitchen it will disrupt conversation because of how loud it is. Other than that it is a great ice machine! Also it is pricey.

We love the ice this machine makes and the overall taste is great. The machine started to make a cat crying type of sound a week after starting to use it. It hasn't interfered with the ice-making or how much we like it but it can be annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!
