Having had an Opal Icemaker for many years, I was excited to get the new Model with Side Tank. The side tank is a great time saver as I don’t have to constantly check water level to make sure I have enough for ice. A side tank when filled lasts 4-5 days and sometimes longer if I don’t use as much ice. Big plus is the modern look. Mine is black and a great compliment to my black kitchen appliances.

Easy to use. Took serveral cleaning once I got machine for the ice to taste ok. Wish it came with cleaner solution. Quite and starts producting ice quickly.

I love ice!!! And the nuggets are so satisfying to chew on. I would make my husband and daughter pick up bags of ice every 2-3 days, and it would take up so much freezer space. I must say I’m so glad I got this bundle of joy.!!! Only thing I wish I did was purchase the one that has a tank on the side but it’s a bite much having to pull the whole tray out just to refill the tank with water. But I’m still satisfied. It doesn’t take long at all to fill up the tray with ice at all.
