for 20 years I had an extremely expensive nugget ice machine; long before they were installed in homes. That machine was constantly in need of service and it was excellent and very expensive to maintain. Not only was that a source of irritation but the noise level was unbelievable. It was like having a commercial kitchen so noisy. This machine put out better ice and is so quiet you can barely hear any noise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My wife is a huge fan of the soft ice, so I bought one of these for her as a gift. She loves it. We didn't think we would use Wifi function, but it turns out that it is very handy, as you can schedule the ice maker to turn on right before you get home from work and have fresh ice waiting for you.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We’ve only been using our new ice machine for a week now, but we love it! It’s definitely not the softest ice like I thought it would be, but it’s nugget ice and it works fairly quick!

My ice maker turn on but don't make ice. The lights come on but nothing else happen. It don't it turn on like usual to drain the water to make the ice. I only had it for 9 months. No happy at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
