This ice maker is fantastic. So far I have had no issues with it. It does make a little noise when making ice, but nothing outrageous. Highly recommend. I love the "Sonic style: ice

Best Nugget Ice Ever, Best Birthday Present Ever

I love to eat the ice and this machine makes the best ice for my drinks. I like to put the ice in the freezer and make more so I will have a bunch of ice on hand for events or for when a lot of family members stop by.

The quality of the machine is excellent. It makes the good eating ice pellets. Everything works as advertised with no big surprises. There are some things that I’ve noticed over time that could use improvement. The noise is a little annoying when the machine is running. The cleaning and sanitation procedure is time consuming. The weight of the machine makes cleaning a chore sometimes. Some upgrade toward convenience of use would help justify the price.

Love it! Never thought we would use this as much as we do. Plus the WiFi capabilities are a huge bonus, we have it programmed to have ice ready when we get home.
