We absolutely love this ice maker! I choose my restaurants based on two things - their ranch dressing (lol) and their ice. I will go out of my way to have crunchy ice in my life...and now I don't have to! This is the perfect little fluffy crunch nugget - just like the hospitals give you. We worried about the ice melting, but its not an issue because we love it so much it doesn't last long enough to melt. I recently visited family out of state, and I wish I could have taken it with me. I was so happy to have it back in my life after a week away!

Something wrong with first one the second one love it the whole family now gets ice only from this machine, I love the ice low to chew the ice, this machine makes it fast

The Opal icemaker is one of a kind and very unique! I like that makes ice every time you get ice and replace the drawer,and the lighting on the opal is real well lit!!! Great product!!

I happen to have a refrigerator without an icemaker, so I bought a icemaker to put on my counter, the first one was ok, I just didn’t like the sharp, so I search on-line for about a year. After about 2 years I Bought the GE opal

The ice maker does a great job of making perfect, chewable ice! It’s a little pricey but we’ll worth the investment if you enjoy chewable ice like we do!
