It’s great, when it works…

It’s really nice looking and the ice is great. But mine stopped working consistently after two weeks and then stopped working altogether within another week. Seems that the pump was the issue on mine. So far, the warranty has seemed to work smoothly. Hopefully the replacement works and it’s just a one off. I always assume the best, but keep in mind the negative reviews as well. When it does work, it’s amazing, but could have issues. For the price, it’s hard to justify.

Put this in my new bar that doesn’t have a sink or can add one due to plumbing. It makes perfect ice and wonderful drinks.

This product is amazing! It makes ice quickly and runs quietly. The ice is soft, but doesn’t melt too quickly. I love it in my iced coffee.
