An excellent addition to the Tiki Room!

Very easy to set up with the included instructions. As this ice maker is connected to our network, we had a little issue when we updated our router. BUT, Ryan on the support team was excellent!! Gave us a couple of tips and we were up and running in no time. It's one thing to have a great product, but if you have fantastic support, that makes it all the better.

Love but NOT fast

I love the machine but it does not produce enough ice to completely fill a 20 oz glass in 20 minutes. The only other issue I have is the amount of excess water that is collected in the bin. After about the 1st 10 minutes, I've learned to pull out the bin and drain the water so there is not as much once the machine is done. If there is a way to make this produce ice faster, please let me know.

This machine is fantastic! Our whole family loves these ice cubes and we are so happy to enjoy it at home now!! A little noisy, but I keep it in my laundry room so it doesn’t bother me.
