I actually purchased two of these ice makers. My wife and daughter really love the soft ice produced by this machine so we had to have one. I mean two. The machines do make a little bit of noise but nothing that is intolerable. We had one of the cheap ice makers before this one and this one blows the other one out of the water. Trust me you will like it.

Makes the best Ice

Easy installation. Easy to use. Only had it about 6 days. A little pricey.. Produces ice quickly. I like that it recycles the water after it melts so you aren't wasting any water. Better than cookout or chick fil a ice.

The nugget ice maker is great!!
We started using it with filtered water from the refrigerator. Now we’re getting 1 gallon jugs of distilled water because when the UPS driver delivered the ice maker he left a note with the box that said, “You’ll love this ice maker, but trust me, use distilled water!”
So that’s what we are doing.
