Quiet at first, after several months it is noisy

I love the ice from this machine. I bought the 2.0 because it was told to be quieter. It was at first, but now it is very noisy. Unfortunately, the noise issue is not a warranty issue.
Please note--you must clean this machine weekly. This is a relatively time-consuming process...but if you want to keep your warranty, you'd better do that...
Still worth it...

Love this ice machine

I was excited to get this ice maker! It is the best. I have only had it a few months. So far no problems at all. My family didn’t think they would use it, they now are constantly in there getting ice!

Great ice maker

Ice maker was delivered in a very sturdy package. I was impressed with the packaging and easy setup. I was making ice in no time at all. The LED light is a nice touch. The only thing is that it seems like I’m always adding more water to the side tank. That’s how fast this ice maker can make ice.

This ice machine is amazing! It is super easy to set up, to clean and to use. The ice is great in all sorts of beverages and as soon as you use some of it, it starts making more immediately and fast. I have had multiple people comment on it after seeing it in my house. I highly recommend!
