This is such a unique and welcome addition to my kitchen. We can make ice drinks and frosty drinks so easy. The small nugget shaped ice is perfect.

I love this ice machine. I had another one but it made bigger and round ice. I like the ice it makes a lot better. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Working OK, came with plastic floating inside

This version and app better then the 1st Opal hunk o junk. We found when powering the unit on there was some thin blue plastic bag type material floating on the inside causing noise. I was able to pull out the plastic with some tweezers from the side. You buy American you get these kinds of quality issues. It does make ice and runs better than v1 opal. Not sure I'd recommend it

We have had this unit running approximately 6 weeks then it started making screeching noises which we called/emailed warranty. There are currently 6 weeks out on repair parts. We are kind of shocked that they did not send a new unit in replacing this one since it's under the factory warranty. We'll, we will see how long it lasts
