Instructions were clear to put together. Makes great ice. We live in 100 degree weather so the ice maker is used all the time. Does say it needs cleaned weekly which seems like a lot.?

I've read a lot of reviews both negative and positive. So far mine isn't noisy at all, it makes great ice quickly, you need to ensure your water is compatible have it tested, I have a reverse osmosis system and no problems.

Great ice maker... only complaint I would say is
I wish it kept unused ice cold like a freezer. Instead, it melts down and has to make more to reach the sensor.
