Great Ice

It makes great ice for drinks. We make 5 pounds of ice at a time and keep it in freezer for everyday use. It takes about 5 hours it is well worth it.

Love this. Purchased as a gift for my wife as she loves the nugget ice served at some restaurants and this duplicates them. My kids also love this ice maker.

Better than the first model

I like the updated model much better than the older model. The side water tank is great! Several friends purchased one since they know I really like the ice it produces. The only thing I dislike about it is the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Kitchen Addition!

The setup, fit under a standard cabinet, and operation is as about as simple as it gets!! It's ability to replenish enough ice is incredible! I would buy it again for sure.
If there were any negatives I would say this:
1. When the room is quite the sound is very noticeable. Not annoying but noticeable.
2. Cleaning - It is not hard to clean but it is very time consuming.

Great Ice, Very loud, WiFi doesn't work

Makes great ice. The unit is very loud. It sits near a living area and is very noticeable. Also Wifi is not working. I may have a defective unit. I work in IT and the unit is not broadcasting the SSID that is on the back of the unit.
