Smart, easy purchase

I love the WiFi capabilities so when I’m on the way home I can start making some ice so it’s ready. The SmartHQ app is so helpful and even notifies when it needs to be cleaned. The cleaning process is actually pretty easy just a little lengthy sometimes. All in all, I’m in love with it

Love the ice produced. Product was delivered on time and damaged free. All expectations were met. Throughly satisfied with the product and would recommend it. Glad I didn't follow most of the reviews, I had read before purchasing.

Very Nice Machine and Worth the Money

Unit produces plenty of ice for our family of 5. I have to fill the water tank about every day and a half. Other than that we always have soft ice.

We love the ice and the machine so far but have only had it around 45 days it was easy to set up and was making ice in just a short time after it arrived. The capacity is small but for a family of two it is certainly adequate. Makes ice fast. Only item I can’t get to work is connection to WiFi/Bluetooth. App says it can’t find the appliance. Other than that it works great

The ice maker is a purchase I am happy I made. The Opal 2.0 is a well designed machine, easy to clean and set up, it is quiet, and fast. I have not been disappointed by this machine! The side reservoir is excellent and it can be set (mounted) on either side of the machine.
