This ice maker is great and well built. Features are very nice. Even has ability to connect water line to an external filtration system for a constant water flow.

Love our new ice machine. The only “complaint” is sometimes it seems loud when making the ice. Otherwise it is the best thing ever! I love nugget ice and this is exactly what I needed in our home!

Extraordinary product extraordinary service one billion stars. Best thing about the ice maker is you can use water from the sink and the ice taste great not awful. You can use filtered water if you want. But it’s phenomenal.

Product works great and provides good chewable ice. I had fractured a couple of teeth from chewing regular ice and decided it was cheaper to buy the Opal than pay the Orthodontist. It some sort of white circle to show where the three invisible control buttons are located.

Great countertop pellet ice maker

This countertop pellet ice maker works great. We especially like the side tank option which makes adding water very easy. The only minor complaint we have is that the unit is noisy when it is producing ice. It makes a constant humming sound that can be heard from anywhere in our home.

We love our new ice maker with the exception of the loud noise it produces when its making ice. When I touch the back of the unit it stops rattling so loudly. We love the ice it produces overall, just hate the loud noise.
