Great ice maker!

It's quick and makes great ice. Everybody loves it.
The only reason I dropped a star is because it makes a humming noise while operating. It's not overly loud but it is noticeable. Also, it does drip a little when you pull the ice bin out so I don't recommend putting it on something that could be damaged by water. Finally, it is pricier than other products that make the same type of ice...I wanted the ability to turn it on remotely though which is why I spent the extra.

This machine runs quietly and allows me to program when it should make ice. My family loves it and I couldn’t be happier. We were hesitant at first due to the price but it is worth every penny.

Installation was simple. It senses when it needs to produce ice and does so automatically. My grandchildren love it. They said, “Grandma, you have Zaxby’s ice!”

Should have purchased long ago! Have even driving to Sonic weekly to pick up nugget ice and got tired of it so ... after seeing that GE owned this product now, decided to purchase. (Hadn’t before due to customer service issues with the original company.) This produce makes better ice thanSonic and I no longer have to worry about running out. Also, the app is helpful as it allows one to set a schedule to have fresh new ice ready. 5 stars (so far!)

The ice maker was easy to set up. It produces perfect ice. Being able to set up a schedule through the app is
a nice feature. The app will also let you know when it needs to be cleaned; however, having to clean it every 4 days is a pain.

This product is awesome, starting from the ice it makes to the dual tanks for water to the smooth and easy touch buttons to the app. So far couldn’t ask for a better ice machine.
