I love the ice it works great the only thing is how often it needs cleaned this was the only complaint i could find online i clean mine once a week and it works great

I LOVE this ice maker

I used to make regular trips to Sonic to get drinks with pellet ice...that was before I got this ice maker. Everyone who comes to our home wants this kind of ice instead of refrigerator style ice. I highly recommend this.

Tells me what is going on while I’m away

We need more smart devices that can communicate on their own, like the Jetson’s and this device is in there. It tells me what is going on while I’m away from the office, nowhere close to it. Amazing!

Great ice maker!

This is our favorite purchase over the last year especially while working from home. Our refrigerator ice maker did not quite have enough output, and this one is easy to use and makes softer nugget ice which we love! We are in hot, humid Houston and this ice is wonderful to have! While it does take up some counter space, it looks very nice. It is great for a kitchen or a bar area. It is pretty quiet, gives off some sound but it's nothing more than white noise. We are very pleased with this ice maker!

This is a fantastic appliance. The ice is super soft and it really keeps up with demand. I highly recommend the wifi version so that you can schedule to always have a full hoper of ice. I thought the water reservoir might be too small, but it is really efficient and I only have to fill every other day. Some mentioned it is noisy, but I have not found that. My last ice make was noticably louder. Very pleased with this purchase and definitely value for money!

Sonic Ice at home!

Installed my new ice maker today. I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be anywhere near Sonic Ice, boy was I surprised! It’s a great machine that is quiet, beautiful to look at and makes ice quickly. Instructions are easily for set up too. I use bottled water on the second refill and it’s even better. I love this ice machine. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone that loves Sonic Ice.

This ice machine is great for families who like to have ice cold drinks. it produces a good quantity of ice for its size and it does so quickly. it does need to be drained fairly often otherwise the ice will start to taste weirdly.
