A great product from a great manufacturer. Works like a charm with no issues what so ever. I was unsure about spending the kind of money they asked but once I got it they very well could have charged more. Thank you for building a great product. Definitely worth every penny.

I was skeptical about buying a counter top ice maker but it worked out perfect. The only thing I recommend is to clean it prior to using and to use bottled water. I tried it with tap water and I didn’t like the taste. Switched to bottle water and it tastes good. There is a spot for a filter but the filters are still out of stock. Overall, very pleased with this ice maker.

This ice maker is amazing!! The set up was so simple, although I was heartbroken to disinfect it before I had my first taste of my fancy ice! Be responsible, sanitize your machine first. The first ice really does pop out in 20 minutes, but it’s just a few pieces- give this bad boy an hour and you’ve got a full glass- a few hours and you’re good for a party! We hooked our machine up to the app, which was also super easy, and I set up a schedule for it to run. Now the machine turns on for me at 6 am and I’m ready for my first glass for frosty, crisp, ice water at 7:00. I run it until about 7 at night and then just take whatever is leftover in the bin and throw it in a plastic bag in the freezer to save for a rainy day, or another party. The price tag may be scary for some, but it’s worth it! Perfectly crunchy ice in your own kitchen? Priceless!

Nothing better than nugget ice

My family could not be happier with nugget ice maker. With our family of 5 ice addicts we are filling the water twice a day.
Only took 1 star as it does have a machine noise that is definitely noticeable. If you are sensitive to that and do not have a place you can put away, this will not be for you

Awesome product! I’ve always loved this nugget type ice from restaurants and now I can have it everyday at home. Perfect for any drink; soda, water, juice, margaritas, etc. Extremely happy with this purchase!
