I love the soft ice made by this machine. I love ice and this is perfect. The machine makes enough ice for my family, each day. It’s fairly quiet. Easy easy setup.

The best chewable ice for your cocktails

I love the wifi scheduling feature, and that it “recycles” the melting ice. The included tank is necessary if you want to make a decent amount of ice. Let it fill up then fill your plastic zip type bags up and store in the freezer. A quick drop of the bag on a hard floor breaks it all up. Some people complained about the noise level, but I found it quieter than our fridge and not distracting at all in the kitchen. If you love tropical cocktails, this is the machine for you.

Never have a laid my eye on a more glorious sight. The ice from this thing is freaking awesome. The first bit of each batch does come out like a slushie. But it melts and recirculates the water to make more ice and the bin drains so there isn't a pool of water in with the ice. I downloaded the App and set it up to just make ice 24/7 that way I dont have to manually turn it on ever.
The initial cleaning process was a bit involved and it could use some RGB, but thats just my opinion lol

Our ice maker arrived yesterday afternoon. I ran the sanitize/cleaning cycle as recommended. We had ice by early evening. The good ice!

I have wanted a nugget ice maker and this is the perfect one if you aren’t wanting to spend thousands on an under cabinet one. Makes ice quick and keeps ice flowing so you never run out. Our friends and family love coming over so they can fill their cups up with it.
