This is a wonderful heavy duty ice maker.
It’s sits on my counter top. It makes the little nuggets that me & my family and I love to chew on. Work fast and i am very please with it. Love it.

Excellent Soft, Chewy Ice

Had the product for 24 hrs. After reading instructions, and performing initial cleaning, i anxiously filled with water and waited. ICE!!! It is a heavy machine and fairly large, but its beautiful! Cant wait for summer cold and slushy drinks!

Even better than Sonic Ice!

I am the lady who pulls up at Sonic to order 4 bags of ice at a time and then races home with it in a cooler hoping it will not completely melt in this South Carolina heat. Now I have it waiting on me anytime I want it. It is actually even more chewable than Sonic ice.

This is a great machines. Makes ice quickly, easy to setup and prep. It is a bit heavy, so just realize they when first setting up donuts placed properly to minimize having to move it. The ice is amazing! Love the fact that it recycles the melted ice/water. The ice does not melt quickly and is easily chewable too, so not hard ice. Very efficient. Love the scheduling ability to run when we sleep, or not at meal times when we’re near it. It’s not really that noisy, but it’s constant white noise when it runs. Certainly would recommend this unit without hesitation to anyone looking for a quality unit.

The Opal 2.0 is a great addition to any kitchen. A bit pricey but well worth it. The machine is a tad noisy.
