We have been wanting one of these for some time. Upon getting it we quickly realized our dreams had come true. My wife and I love chewing ice and this is the ice maker to end all ice makers. We highly recommend this appliance.

This is absolutely the best appliance I have bought in a while. This machine can kee up with a family of five who are a bunch of ice lovers... it was quick to start up and get going and we use it every day. Just like the coffee machine. Makes what us nurses call “Hospital Ice” highly recommend

I’m in pebble ice heaven

I’m a self-described pebble ice aficionado, and the ice produced by this machine is just as good as Sonic or Chick-Fil-A’s. I’m so happy to finally have the good ice anytime I want it. The machine is quiet and well-designed, and even though the ice bin isn’t refrigerated, the ice stays good in it for several hours without melting or clumping too much. This was a bit of an indulgent investment for me, but I’m so happy with it. I held off buying one of these because reviews for the first version were iffy, but the 2.0 has been great so far. As long as it lasts a long time without breaking down, I would rate it 10 stars if I could.

I am so happy I got this. Now I don't have to go to my daughters house and steal ice from her !! Her husband bought her one for Christmas !! We got addicted to this kind of ice when she was in the hospital having my grandbaby twins ! Thanks so much for making such a great product we can have at home to enjoy

If you love the “good ice” then this 2.0 is the upgraded product for you! With convenience and simplicity in mind, I had this cleaned, running, and making ice in less than an hour. It’s been a great discovery!
