Overall we love it and havent had any issues with it. Only had it around a month. It is definitely a bit noiser than I had expected which can be kind of a nuisance
I would recommend this to a friend!

It does what it’s made to do. The ice melts easily and price is a little high.

If you love to chomp on ice, this is the machine for you! It is quiet and conveniently tucked away in my built in cabinet. Frees up space in my freezer and makes mixed drinks a lot easier to chill!

The Opal Icemaker in unlike any ice maker we have ever had whether portable or embedded within a refrigerator. The consistency of the ice along with the volume it produces is unparalleled with any ice maker we have ever owned.

Once you’ve completed the prep cycles, ice maker functions really well, but takes longer than every 20 minutes.
