Best ice ever!

Quite simply, this is the ice machine I've been waiting for. The ice is perfect! Set up is easy, including cleaning. The wireless app took a little tweaking, but once done it works perfectly. I start the ice making process before I leave work and by the time I get home, I have freshly made ice waiting. This machine is perhaps the best money I've spent in a long time!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Ice machine! The pellets are exactly like Sonic/hospital ice. It comes out dry and semi soft. Also, good for sprained ankles and margaritas. The extra water tank is well thought out and really convenient to fill and reload.. The downside is...if it breaks I have no choice but to fix it or buy another, no way I can go back to regular ice.

Appears to be well built. Would call it commercial grade. Does everything I wanted and it should for the price. Makes perfect chewable ice and keeps itself full after use at the perfect rate. Enjoying it immensely.

I love the small pieces of ice. It seems to make my drinks colder than using the fridge ice chunks. It is perfect for my husband, and myself.

The machine works as promised. Easy to set up and maintain. Storage bin is small but works for 2-3 people with moderate use, not for a dinner party. Ice quality is perfect. It would be nice to have an option for hook up for continuous water supply. It is a bit noisy but we have it in another room. Clearly a luxury but we love it!

I love opal ice. It's great and worth having.
That said, be warned its loud... And kinda large. I set it to come on a short while each day so I don't need to hear it. Works for me. Overall highly recommend.
