Very fast ice and easy to operate!

Unpacked my new ice maker on Christmas day, read and followed the cleaning and setup instructions, and 20 minutes later I had what I call 'smunch ice'! I also ordered a supply of Styrofoam cups and lids from a different vendor, and now I have a seemingly endless supply of movie style ice and cold drinks. I love this icemaker and hope it lasts for a long time!

Product works fantastic! Easy to use, wifi was a little weird to set up, but once we got it working it's super nice. You are able to set it up on a schedule. It lets you know when it needs to be cleaned through the app.. Makes wonderful ice quickly and it's rather quiet for an ice maker. Over all extremely pleased with this product! I had the original Opal ice maker and it died on me after a little over 2 years. This one is greatly improved!! Totally love it!!

We had the original Opal from Firstbuild, which is still working flawlessly today. This is the newest version and has some great features. I have only been using for a few days but the WiFi feature is great and the extra water container on the side is a must. One thing I want to stress is the cleaning and maintenance is almost ZERO if you use only distilled water. Learned that right away with the first one. Most complaints have to do with people using hard water which is not ideal for ease of use. Not cheap but the ice maker is amazing!

Easy installation and makes ice quickly. The ice does not freeze into clumps but stays fresh and loose whether icemaker is on or off. We do not find the machine noisy.
