Impressed by the quality of the soft ice and the speed at which it delivers. The wifi option enables you to effortlessly make ice on demand. Increases your love for any chilled beverage. Ease of installation was a bonus. A true game changer.

Our first machine stayed on defrost 90 percent of time. Nothing worked right even after several phone calls. Finally you had us box it up and you sent us a new one. It has worked perfectly and we are in love with our ice!

People question why you’d pay so much for an ice machine. Don’t knock it til you try it. Probably the best appliance I own & am super super happy with it! The ice is fantastic!

My husband surprised me with this for my birthday, I was so excited! I have been asking for one for years. I love the little nugget ice. I have been eating ice none stop. I love this machine. Only complaint is the app it doesn’t really control it
