Really nice knife

I’ve seen wosthof knifes before because of coworkers but I wanted to get my own and I’m really glad I did the knife feels nice in the hand and it’s well balance I really love the knife I’ve had it for 2 weeks and I’ve still haven’t had to sharpen it

The perfect knife

My previous favorite knife was the 8” classic bolster. I loved it but was feeling fancy so I upgraded to the 8” performer and the difference between the two is so night and day that I can’t even explain it! If you’re willing to pay the price you will not be disappointed! I’m getting the performer pairing knife next and donating all my other knives afterwards lol!

This knife is sleek and sexy!
The knives visual appeal drew me in.
However, the weight and balance in hand sold me. This knife absolutely cuts like a dream. While hesitant to spend the money, after using it, this knife will hold its value in my collection for the foreseeable future.

I have a couple chef knives and this one is by far my favorite. It cuts great, perfectly balanced with a sleek ergonomic grip/handle and it looks fantastic. I would buy this knife again in a heartbeat.
