The best chef knife I've ever owned!

I'm a professional chef and I love this knife. I've put over 200 hours of knife work into this blade and I haven't even needed to use a honing rod (this is since I've taken it out of the box). The lotus effect not only helps keep the knife dry but also helps with slicing wet product. This knife is by far the best in my knife roll of 17. The price is completely worth it for the quality of the product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the best work horse chef knife I'veever owned. It gets the job done just like any other chefs knife, but it effortless with this knife while working with quality and class.

Every Time I pick it up to use it, I have to roll it around and look at it. Maybe that will wear off in time, but I don't know... It's hard to believe I would ever be holding such an incredible knife.

This is my daily work horse knife, I love the balance and handle design. When working with raw meats the handle stays grippy and easy to manage. It's the perfect length for heavy production chopping of vegetables and greens and keeps and edge for a long time, highly recommend.

This Performer was a warranty (upgrade) replacement for my Wusthof Grand Prix (loved that knife) that I’d had for over 20 years. So far, this knife performs as well if not better, I’m pleased with the purchase.
