We have had our WÜSTHOF knife block for about 20 years and use the knives daily. I accidentally damaged my Santoku blade cutting some frozen meat and Wüsthof covered it under warranty! Thank you for standing behind your great product.

This is the perfect knife to have if you can have only one. It is a replacement for one I bought 30 years ago. Until the replacement arrived I felt challenged preparing a dinner without my cooking “companion”.
