My favorite knife in the Wusthof Classic series

This knife is and stays very sharp (when maintaining it well). Moreover, it is the perfect size for all medium to large cutting jobs, such as onions, bell peppers, meat, etc. Due to the knife's thin blade, it's a bit fragile. Therefore, I would not recommend to use the knife to cut hard products (e.g. butternut). For all other cutting jobs, this knife is my favorite.

The perfect kitchen knife

This was my first "real" knife purchased 15 plus years ago, it is my go to for all of my prepping and chopping needs, I even love it for slicing cheese. Recently the handle broke, I called customer service and after mailing my knife in to them, they replaced the knife in less than two weeks. Exceptional customer service, love a company that stands behind their products, I will be a life long customer!

I have to echo an earlier review. This is my fav knife in my set of twelve pieces. Use it all the time and have owned it for ten years. The synthetic material on the handle cracked and a huge chuck broke free. I mailed it into the company and less than two weeks, they sent me a new one. I am a happy camper. Love these knives.

This Wusthof Santoku 7 inch chefs knife is fantastic. Very well balanced and consistently sharp. Everyone that has one loves it.
