We got this knife as a replacement from your company after the handle on the identical knife cracked. It was already > 10 years old and could not believe you would replace it at no cost to us. You even paid the shipping! We love this knife and use it every day. I highly recommend your company for standing behind your excellent products!

Our family's favorite kitchen knife

This is the knife that everyone in our family reaches for first. It is one of the most used and loved tools in our kitchen. After nearly two decades of service in our home the handle broke. I was going to try to glue it back together. Instead I reached out the company and they honored their lifetime guarantee. Great knife, even better company.

The knife is separating at the top like a puzzle piece. This was a replacement for one that broke in half from normal use.
