This was a warranty replacement for my absolute favorite and most used knife. This knife has so many uses. I have 7 Wusthof knives in total, and this is my favorite.

I've had my Wustoff set for 19 years. When the tip of my steak knife and handle of my Santoku broke, the warranty replacement was seamless. Vielen dank!

I use this knife while working on a line and going through culinary school, only problem I have is the knife will creek and feels rough to mince with often will use my other knife to mince vegetables

Wow! Carrots, chicken breasts, etc... WOW! Where has this knife been my whole life???!!! So very well made. Great weight. Beautiful to look at, too! LOVE this knife. (and my purple paring knife!)
