I love to cook and my Wusthof knives are used daily. I hand wash, never in dishwasher. I just purchased a new W steel to keep them sharp and, as per W suggestion, will send knives to Eversharp Sharpening for yearly pro sharpening.

Excellent warranty!

This is my favorite knife which I use for most chopping tasks…..except meats. There was a chip in the handle. I’ve had it a number of years, and the warranty was still honored proving Wusthof is a great product and a great company.

I love this knife. I use it everyday. Your lifetime warranty is above and beyond. You replaced 6 of my knives and the scissors for cracked or broken handles. I’ve had my set for 18 years and 4 of our 5 children bought sets several years ago too.

I’ve had other Santoku knives that have now been donated to a resale shop. This knife is comfortable to hold and I find myself using it often for slicing and dicing veggies and fruits for salads. LOVE the purple color!

Had our origin classic 7"

Had our origin classic 7" hollow edge santiku sharpened by a "professional", he ruined the blade. However we still had and used it for almost 20 yrs, our purchase was to replace the damage.
