Great handling knife, perfect for the home or professional kitchen

This is my second knife of this style, had the first one for almost 15 years and when the handle cracked I sent it back to Wusthof and they replaced it without question. These are very well built knives, easily sharpened and hold a good edge

Was excited to learn that my Santoku knife whose handle had broken in several places was going to be replaced. We have several Wusthof knives which we love and the Santoku is our favorite.

Totally worth the money

This knife was a replacement for the identical item which was replaced under warranty after the handle cracked after close to two decades of hard use. I'm absolutely floored by the high quality of this item, and the quality of service from the manufacturer. I'm sorry I can't give more than five stars.
