Favorite knife

Ive used this knife for most cooking for the last decade+. The handle recently started cracking and hurting my hand so we reached out to the company to see where what we could do to get it usable. Turns out with their lifetime warranty, they just replaced the whole knife for us! We had to send in our knife and I thought they would take forever to repair it and return it. Was trying to make do with my other knife when wustof contacted us to tell us to get a new knife instead. So we ordered the exact same knife since it has been my favorite. Always liked the knife and now happy with the company standing behind their warranty! I will buy my other knives from here also.

I have loved my knife for over a decade. I took very good care of my knife but some how my handle cracked, broke and Wusthof replaced it under their limited life time warranty! They stand by their products and have shown they are a Top notch company!

So good, we got a 2nd Santoku

We were gifted a WÜSTHOF Santoku knife in 2011 as a wedding present and have been using it for nearly 100% of our cooking cutting tasks ever since. We like it so much that we bought this second Santoku so that we wouldn't be without one while we sent the first one off to be sharpened. Highly recommended!

Wustholf definitely stands behind the lifetime warranty guarantee on their knives. My trusty 20+ year old Classic Hollow Edge Santoku chef knife had developed a small crack in the handle and Wustholf replaced it in a most efficient and timely manner. Their knives and their customer service are wonderful!

Ultimate Go-To Knife

I purchased an entire knife set but I am always reaching for the santoku and pairing knife. it's sized so conveniently as traditional chef knives are too large/heavy for me to comfortably use. If you had to only get one knife, I would definitely recommend this santoku.
