I can’t believe you actually replaced my more than 20 year old Santoku when a piece broke off of the handle. Love the new one - and I purchased a new paring knife with the excess credits you provided. I am a lifetime customer!

I just LOVE my Wüsthof knives...I now have both the 8" Classic Chef's Knife and the 6" Classic Santoku. Wow - prepping dinner is a whole new, improved experience. Thanks for making such outstanding products!

Great knife, razorsharp and well worth the money. This knife stands up to a 50 hour work week and leaves me with no sore wrists. Highly recommend.
