Handle came apart, warranty replacement was handled professionally. Replacement shipped and I am now using my favorite knife again.

This is my favorite knife I use it every day so when the handle started to chip I was upset until I realized it had a lifetime warranty. I received my new knife and am very happy again. It’s the perfect knife for everything. Thank you for standing by your products!
