SANTOKU

My new knife is fantastic!! I always use Wusthof cutlery as it continues to perform so well. I have at least 6 other Wusthof knives but needed a Santoku for vegetables and slicing fruits.
I tried another company for the Santoku but returned it as the handle was terrible. No balance !
I ordered the 5" by mistake and needed to return it to Wusthof for the larger 7" knife which was perfect.
My new knife is fantastic!! I always use Wusthof cutlery as it continues to perform so well. I have at least 6 other Wusthof knives but needed a Santoku for vegetables and slicing fruits.

Just hit the side with your nail ave you will hear the tying of high carbon steel. A sharpness that does not fade away for years. Loyal company with high regard for customers when it comes to honoring their warranty. Can’t state how impressed I am with Wusthof knives. Highly recommend to get one and see the difference for yourself.

I love this Santoku knife. It’s become my favorite. Cuts veggies with ease. Feels good in the hand and balance is great. I buy these as gifts now especially because of the warranty
