I received this as a gift for Christmas this year. It is great for frying eggs and the non-stick surface is best for my scramble eggs. Since then, i also made french toast and pancakes and very pleased with the result. Most impressive part is that it's easy to clean and the glass top prove to be very practical. Most importantly, it addresses the issue i have with traditional coding on frying pan that easily scratched, flaked and chipped that find themselves in food which can be harmful. I find myself having to replace the pan every 6 months and it is becoming very costly. I think this will more than solve my problem and save me money in the long run.

I bought this product two years ago and the coating is flaking off. We never used the product over 300 degF. What a disappointment!

The Starfrit Electric skillet is a multi-purpose frying pan that is very durable. From frying chicken to cooking pancakes, this is a quality kitchen appliance that keeps on ticking. Heats up quickly and very easy to clean. Highly recommended.
