The Good and bad of it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Rock electric skillet is, as advertised,wonderfully non-stick. I have followed the instructions carefully to protect the surface, not washing it until it is cooled down, and not heating it without something on the pan, and the non-stick feature is everything I wanted, plus it is easy to clean. However, it is difficult to see the temperature control dial, and the heat isn’t completely even.
I would give it 4/5 for latter two reasons.

Make supper in a snap!

Feeding a family who is on the go is quick and easy with this skillet. Cleanup is also a breeze due to the beautiful non stick finish. However, if you have 'little helpers' in the kitchen who need to stir all the things, it is somewhat difficult to wash between the handle and outside of skillet should anything lodge there. This skillet is a must have in my kitchen.
