Frustration but haven’t given up

I purchased this electric skillet in May of 2020. The heating cord stopped working in early 2021. I contacted the company, and they sent me a new heating cord free of charge which I greatly appreciated. I’ve discovered that, the problem was with the heating element of the pan itself which also shorted out my second cord that I received. I was so bummed because I believe in this pan so much; has been the best electric skillet I have ever owned and I’ve been through quite a few of them with four kids and lots of cooking! Short story is I decided to buy another one even though I had this problem. If this one shorts out, well, then I guess it is the product’s problem, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this one will last longer.

Nothing sticks easy clean

I got this as a Christmas gift and I love it except the top handle fell off so I have a nut on the lid. Until I come up with another way

Keeps the tepurature perfect

We cook a great deal of fresh fish and this pan cooks to perfection. The tasre does not stay in the pan when we go to cook pan cakes.
